The Witcher - Season 1 Episode 8 - Much More

In episode "Much More", worrying about the safety of the whole Continent, Tissaia, Yen and about 60 other witches and mages set sailing to Elven Keep - the only gateway to stop the Nilfgaard from expanding to the North. Tissaia also sent words the Northern Kingdoms including Temeria and Kaedwen to ask for backup.

FRINGILLA VS TISSAIA ALLIES

Tissaia alliances initially can fight back and stop the Nilfgaard attacks, but Fringilla starts to use her dark and devil magic which causes much fatality to Yen's fellow witches. Tissaia meets with Fringilla to persuade her to rectify, but she is suddenly poisoned by Fringilla's curse and is badly wounded.


In a state of indignation and despair, Yen gathered all the Chaos accumulated from the bitterness she had experienced to create a wave of fire to wipe out the Nilfgaard army. Troops from the Northern kingdoms just show up in time.


GERALT AND CIRI MEET FOR THE FIRST TIME

Meanwhile, on his way to find Ciri, Geralt helps an old man escape from a big herd of  zombie monsters, however he is bite and poisoned and falls into coma. The old man returns to take him on his wagon to find a healer. In his delirium, Geralt reminisces about his childhood memories, about his mother and the events leading him to becoming a witcher.


Ciri, on her way to find Geralt, is helped and taken care of by an unknown kind lady in a  forested house. The old man carrying Geralt also headed to this house. Prompted by subconscious words of destiny, both Geralt and Ciri run to the forest where they finally meet and recognize each other without knowing their respective faces before.
